Hosted by Head Winemaker Adam Pearce on Saturday, April 18th at 6:00 p.m., the evening will begin in the Pluma Room with a sparkling reception and passed canapés. Guests will then be welcomed into the Grand Cellar, surrounded by barrels and the working heart of our cellar, for an intimate dining experience. Enjoy a four course menu thoughtfully paired with a selection of ultra premium current and back vintage Stone Eagle wines. To conclude, dessert will be paired with a very special wine that has never before been released.
